ToxiBlock Return Policy

At ToxiBlock, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process as simple as possible.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@toxiblock.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Ship the Item: After receiving confirmation, send the item back to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  3. Receive Your Refund: Once we’ve processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, contact us at info@toxiblock.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used items (unless defective)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank or credit card account again. Then contact your bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@toxiblock.com.
