Order summary
- Order deadline: 12:00 GMT
- Order processing: 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday)
- Order dispatch: 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday)
- Free shipping on all orders worldwide
Order Process
As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means that your order is in our system and we have started processing the order. It takes our crew 1-2 business days on average to prepare the order, then please allow between 5-7 business days for the order to reach you.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation when we've dispatched your order. In the same email, you will also get your own unique tracking code so that you can keep an eye on the package.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 8 hours from placing the order. Please send us an email to info@toxiblock.com with your order number. If you do not manage to contact us in time and your package is on its way, you can still return it later.
Delayed Orders
If the maximum time limit for processing and dispatching the order has expired and your order has still not arrived, don't panic. Please allow up to 2 additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your parcel has still not arrived, please contact us quoting your order number.
Have you received damaged or wrong items?
If your package arrives damaged or you receive a wrong items, please immediately take a photo as evidence of the contents and the damages. Then send it to info@parentandpearl.com along with your order number so that we can find a suitable solution for you. Just bear in mind that any return shipping fee has to be covered by you.

Important information

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please be aware that we require the returned items to meet certain criteria - essentially they cannot show any sign of use, be still unwashed and have the original tags attached. So you may try them on and decide it's not what you wanted, but that's it.
Return Process
If your items meet the return criteria mentioned above, you may begin your return process by reaching out to info@toxiblock.com. Our customer support team will instruct you how to proceed and give you all the necessary information, including the returning address.
Please securely pack your items and when sending, choose a delivery service that provides a tracking code (which then please share with our customer support) - we don't want your return to get lost.
